LITTLE GIANT CREATIVE (LGC)

LGC is a full-service creative agency that works with local and national companies and institutions to develop and execute custom brand strategies & events. We design collateral and awareness promotions for a variety of clients, including Heineken USA, Adidas, Remy Martin, KEYSPOT, Drexel University, The African American Museum of Philadelphia, PENN Medicine, Wharton, PAFA, OACCE, Visit Philly, Red Bull, vitaminwater and The Knight Foundation. We have successfully connected our clientele’s message to desired audiences with our signature methodology, keeping each interaction - no matter how large the concept - focused on its recipient.

LGC is a boutique agency with an experienced staff whose core competencies of creative thinking, style aesthetics and consistent execution translate into successful regional, national and international campaigns. LGC keeps a streamlined infrastructure to allow for open lines of communication with our clients that translate objectives into effective campaigns that are fuid and customized.

Additionally, LGC prides itself on applying the signifcant expertise of its diverse and dynamic staff to a variety of nonproft and social justice-related programs, including Sharp Insight, The Next Majority, and the Institute of Hip Hop Entrepreneurship along with other groundbreaking initiatives through LGC’s sister non-proft Creative Cities Lab. These programs seek transformative change in communities by fostering civic engagement, media literacy, and the expansion of economic opportunities for youth and people of color.

CREATIVE CITIES LAB (CCL)

LGC’s non-profit initiative, Creative Cities Lab, seeks to provide platforms for substantive, wide-ranging and solutions-oriented conversations to engage community members and diverse stakeholders across the spheres of hip hop, visual art, academia, activism and government – to start and continue the discussion of how to empower the disenfranchised of the next majority to have access to the resource pillars of sustainable living.

Meegan Denenberg

Meegan Denenberg is a co-founder of Meta Global, parent company of Little Creative Giant (LCG), a Philadelphia-based marketing and branding agency. LGC is a full service creative agency that works with a variety of local and national companies and institutions to develop and execute custom brand strategies and events, and design collateral and awareness promotions. Additionally, LGC prides itself on applying the significant expertise of its diverse and dynamic staff to a variety of non-profit and social justice-related programs, including A Dream Deferred, Women Led Cities, The Institute of Hip Hop Entrepreneurship and Urban Share Junkets. Initiatives that seek transformative change in communities by fostering equitable pathways.

Tayyib Smith

Tayyib Smith, co-founder of Meta Global, parent company to Little Giant Creative and The Institute of Hip Hop Entrepreneurship, is dedicated to cultural competency and the ability to engage multicultural audiences. He co-founded Pipeline Philly to serve as an inviting and dynamic co-working space filled with professionals from various backgrounds and industries, creating one of the most diverse workspaces in the city. S&R Holdings is a real estate initiative that engages and invites diverse members of neighborhoods to become part of a growing, multicultural and multi-socioeconomic tapestry.  Tayyib has long been a successful conduit of professional and cultural ecosystems and co-founded Famous Arts Critics to help diversify the art world. He sits on the boards of Prizm Art Fair in Miami, Blackstar Film Fest, Temple University’s Urban Apps & Maps and the GreenLight Fund.

Grace Shinn

Building on 10 years of experience in community and corporate engagement, fundraising, member relations, and project management, Grace works collaboratively with LGC’s corporate and nonprofit clients on design projects and events, and has supported Knight Cities Challenge winning projects including A Dream Deferred in 2018 and the Institute of Hip Hop Entrepreneurship in 2017. Additionally, she leads efforts for Women Led Cities, LGC’s nonprofit initiative that strive to build cross-sector ties through strategic community engagement and ultimately, equitable cities for all.

Jaléssa Mungin

Jaléssa’s passion for the arts has led to a career spanning community events, poetry, music, radio, artist management and production. In addition to curating creative programming, working with organizations like the Philadelphia Museum of Art and poet laureate Yolanda Wisher, Jaléssa successfully executed a series of spoken word and music performances called “Stellar Masses” in 2018, which featured 35 writers, poets, and musicians, led by community arts organization, Philadelphia Contemporary. She is currently serving as project manager at Little Giant Creative, where she supports clients and LGC’s proprietary initiatives in awareness, branding and design campaigns, event production, and artistic curation. She holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, where she minored in Jazz & Popular music.
